1. Information we may collect
We may collect business contact information, shipment and service-request information, customer and carrier account information, communications, documents voluntarily provided to us, website usage information, and information required to operate authorized integrations. For social-media integrations, this may include account or organization identifiers, organization/page metadata, authorization scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and content or engagement data that the platform makes available under the permissions granted by the account administrator.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve logistics services, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate transportation, manage carrier and customer relationships, maintain security and audit records, operate authorized business integrations, publish or manage company social content when authorized, monitor service quality, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Social-media integrations
When an administrator connects a company social-media account to TGL systems, we use the granted permissions only for the business purposes presented during authorization. We do not sell social-account data. Authentication credentials and access tokens used by our systems are stored in protected secret storage and are not intentionally displayed in ordinary application logs or user interfaces.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that support hosting, data storage, communications, analytics, payments, security, website operations, and authorized platform integrations. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as necessary to fulfill a service requested by a customer or business partner. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, security, accounting, contractual, and legal recordkeeping. Integration tokens may be deleted, rotated, or replaced when an account is disconnected, credentials expire, or access is revoked.
6. Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also revoke a connected social-media integration through the relevant platform or by contacting us.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-scoped systems, audit logging, review gates for sensitive actions, and protected credential storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly design our business services to collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
